The Infoyogi’s management brings together a team of technology, business, and social visionaries who provide direction to the operations of the company in a dynamic economic and business environment. The board consists of senior officers of Infoyogi including its founders, along with external members.

Rao Tallapragada
Co-founder and President

Rao is Presidnet and a co-founder of the company. He is a well-accomplished entrepreneur, leader and a result oriented technology executive with a proven track record. He has gained enormous inter-continental experience in managing public companies, managing corporate acquisitions, joint ventures/collaborations, floating new ventures, etc. He takes active role in leadership development and mentoring the company's future leaders

Rao has nearly 20 years of experience in building global companies that became leaders in their industries. He has managed companies like Netguru, R-Cube, Pentafour, Satyam, and Tatas at very senior levels, before founding Infoyogi. He also founded another IT services company which got recently acquired.

Rao earned a ‘Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM)’ certification from Stanford University, CA. In addition he has done his MBA from Bombay University and BS in engineering from Karnataka University, India.

Shashi Kumar
Co-founder and Vice President

Shashi is Vice President and a co-founder of Infoyogi. He is responsible for managing Marketing and General Operations of the company. He has gained rich experience from British Aerospace, Macmet, Royal Intl, and R-Cube before founding Infoyogi. Over the period of the past 15 years he has gained expertise in starting various companies and running them to success. Shashi has been a team player and a dynamic marketing professional.

Shashi holds a BS from India and an MBA from California with about 15 years of experience in IT services business.

Sriram Sundaravaradan
Marketing Manager

Sriram is an accomplished business development professional and has held mid level management positions during the past 14 years in high-technology services businesses. He worked for various companies in IT Services, engineering Services and has domain expertise in Information Technology, ERP, and Business Process Outsourcing.

Sriram has a BS in Engineering from India.

Manjusha Sharma
Recruitment Manager

Manjusha is a seasoned person with experiences in IT sourcing/recruitment, sales and in software development. Her well-rounded inter-disciplinary experience adds to her strengths in general management. She has prior experience on working for US companies while operating offshore facilities in India, gave her insights in to global outsourcing. She is a team player with a clear focus on people management.
